July 5-8 (3 nights): The fiesta kicks off with the “Chupinazo” Opening Ceremony on the 6th and champagne is sprayed all around the Town Hall Square in celebration. The 7th is a religious holiday and it is also the first day that the bulls run the “encierro.” That afternoon is the first bull fight, celebrated with parades, partiers and good food and drink.
