Ray Leonard Jr. joined Ludus Tours as the Vice President of Sales in November of 2011.

Ray is an alumnus of Ohio University with a specialization in Sports Management and Marketing. He was a two sport athlete competing in both football and track and field. After graduating from Ohio in 1996 with a B.S. in Sports Management, Ray went on to start his own sports marketing and management company.

As a certified NFL, CFL, and MLB agent, he led his company, Leonard Sports Management, to obtain a roster of many high profile clients from boxing to NASCAR. As President/Partner, Ray controlled and oversaw all business affairs, negotiated contracts for professional athletes, created and completed sponsorship, event sales and licensing opportunities of over 155 million dollars. He managed an office of 25 employees and delivered winning sales and marketing strategies to capture top client base. Ray also developed, managed and organized high-level events for celebrity clients and corporate organizations, increasing their exposure and market value.

In his role at Ludus, Ray will oversea all sales efforts and supervise a team of account managers. Ray has over fifteen years experience as a professional manager in the sports and finance industries and a unique ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Ray is also a member of several governance and advisory boards.

Ray devotes a great deal of his time to community organizations and is an active participant in his community. Some organizations he is involved in include Habitat for Humanity, First Book, Magic Johnson Foundation (Mentor) and American Way.

Ray is supported by his wife Stacey and four kids, Arielle (16), Jalen (8), Devin (4) and Ryan Rae (3).
